At Zulily, we strive to offer the best value on unique finds, though most items are final sale to keep our prices low. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund in the form of store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Visit your 'Order History' to see if your items are marked as 'Returnable'. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Select the 'Return Items' button next to your order to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items and the packing slip inside a secure box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse processes your return, a refund minus the return shipping fee will be issued to your account as Zulily store credit.
